Welcome to the 6 o'clock news, I'm your anchor, Woodrow Butdonthaveapaddle. This just in...Jaak Panksepp, a researcher at Bowling Green State University in Ohio (1), say's he has discovered that rats respond to tickling with actual laughter.
Upon hearing these findings, university officials took away the researcher's pot and told him to stop being such a crazy jagoff.
